How your tree gets to you
Where we deliver
Southeast and Eastern US only: AL, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV. Checkout won't accept other states. We don't ship to PO boxes outside these states, to military addresses, or to US territories.
Plants that can't go to some states
Some states have plant rules for certain fruit, or for plants shipped with soil. Where we can't confirm a plant meets a state's rule, we don't ship it there, and checkout won't accept that state for it. Each tree's card lists its states.

Shipping cost
It's included. Every card price is a delivered price for one plant of the size shown, and there's no shipping line at checkout. When several plants come from the same nursery they ship together, and the cart prices them together using that nursery's shipping for the whole box. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
Who ships it, and when
We don't keep inventory. After you pay, we place your order with the nursery named on your tree's card, normally within one business day, and email you its tracking when it ships. Trees and vines usually ship dormant, often without leaves, during the planting season:
- Ison's Nursery & Vineyard (Brooks, GA): Ison's ships dormant plants from about mid-November through mid-May. Colder northern states start in April.
- Willis Orchard Co. (Berrien County, GA): Willis's current shipping window is Oct 15, 2026 – Jun 1, 2027. Allow 10–14 business days during the Nov–Apr busy season.
- Just Fruits & Exotics (Crawfordville, FL): Just Fruits & Exotics ships year-round on a Monday it schedules and holds shipments for extreme weather.
If you need a particular delivery week, reply to your order email and we'll ask the nursery.
Damaged, dead on arrival, or didn't leaf out
This is covered by the guarantee shown on your tree's card and at checkout. The windows differ by nursery: Ison's 7 days, Stark 14 days, Just Fruits & Exotics 10 business days, and 3 days for Willis Orchard Co. trees (our own arrival guarantee). Please open the box the day it arrives. See the guarantee page.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before we place your order with the nursery (normally within one business day): full refund.
- After that, but before it ships: it depends on the nursery's cancellation terms. We'll tell you any fee before you decide.
- If the nursery can't fill your order (sold out or crop failure): full refund.
Returns
Live plants can't be returned once they've shipped. If something's wrong, your guarantee covers it.
